Sekaiichi Hatsukoi

Story
It's a japanese boys love manga series illustrated by Shungiku Nakamura. The series was adapted recently, as of 2011, into an anime series (which is what you see here). The first story follows a literary editor named Onodera Ritsu who transfers to a new company to escape his father's company only to end up becoming an editor for an infamous shoujo manga editing team called Emerald (which everyone in the shoujo manga department runs away to avoid). He convinces himself that he'll quit until he bumps into Masamune Takano who is a merciless, intolerable and unnerving boss who constantly calls him "useless". With Onodera's pride he sticks with the company to prove himself. Not much later Onodera finds out that Masamune Takano was Masamune Saga in highschool, his first love and goes on to convince himself that he's no longer in love with him. Much to his dismay, Masamune may still love him .
