I'd go with law here, both Chopper and Law have insane skills in the life saving department but to me Law feels a bit more serious and he has more experience in the open world.

Also there is 1 last reason I am voting for Law, his devil fruit power. The normal functions are already insane but I'll just have to copy the proper description :

I've spent weeks coming up with a mathematical model for DBZ characters, and the initial Super Saiyan transformation should be capable of taking whatever Superman can dish out. Do you hate Saitama? Tenchi is in a whole other league this is a guy who is so haxed and op that even if the entire dbz verse teamed up together and fought Tenchi they would loose. Also the lhw ignore durability so if Saitama gets hit even once he is done for also the lhw pretty much give tenchi absolute protection from attacks. Also in Tenchi Zinv merged two universes into one with 2 LHW and Zinv is far weaker than Tenchi.

Light hawk wings can pretty much only be countered by other light hawk wings. They are a multiversal energy source existing in their own universe and only they exist in that universe.

Light hawk wings allow the weilder to do whatever the hell he wants with them. They can form an absolute defense or completely erase beings from existence.

They are as close to a nlf as you can get. Really the only way to beat a lhw is with another lhw.

They are so powerful that even the mere presence of 10 lhw in one universe starts destroying the universe outright without even doing anything and the presence of 12 would instantly obliterate the universe.

Anyone with 2 lhw can pretty much beat anyone else from another Canon. 1 to defend and 1 to attack. There is nothing Saitama can do whatsoever. You can list feats all day and it doesn't matter unless he literally used a light hawk wing.

Simply stated, LHW are "god energy". Its the energy that is used by the Chousin and Kami Tenchi and Tenchi Masaki can naturally wield it because he is an incarnation of Kami Tenchi. (view post)
