| Mita is one of the supporting characters and is Sakiyama's best friend. He's a really bright, happy, popular and funny boy who loves food. He tries to support his friend, that is until he goes nuts by Sakiyama's pheromones. His ending isn't very good since he goes crazy from the pheromones Youji is releasing and being a hungry boy... but in Shironuma's path, he goes back to normal and shows what a loyal friend he is. His theme song / end song to his route is The Hunger by Ken1. |

| Youji is the protagonist of Sweet Pool. He begins expelling meat monsters from himself. He is revealed, by Kunihito, to be a "mesu" (female) and has to breed with an "osu" (male). Zenya was initially the "osu" but Tetsuo was the perfect "osu", rendering Zenya a useless "osu" because they would not be able to create a pure breed. When upon meeting Tetsuo he is unable to hold himself back from Tetsuo's advances. At certain points he mentions he finds Tetsuo creepy, which later changes as he and Tetsuo share 4 of the 6 possible endings together. Youji is held back a year due to constant hospitalization, and the only person he knows is Makoto when terms begins again. He meets Shironuma who’s always been checking him out and as Shironuma walks past him, he catches a distinct fragrance from him, but soon vanishes. |

After a certain incident, he begins paying careful attention to Yukimura. Masamune is a soldier of fortune who loves showing off. He has absolute confidence in his swordsmanship, and desires a world so troubled that it can be conquered through battle. |

| One of Tokugawa Ieyasu's spies, though he holds no shred of loyalty towards him, and plots to seize control of the land from the shadows. Cruel and heartless, his specialty is making use of his speed to attack, and might even boast more talent as a ninja than Saizo...! He's after the Kushi-mitama that Nami Isa holds, so that he might seize its great power for himself. He is a skillful Iga ninja who was ordered by his master to capture Isanami. Also he is the one that burned down the Izumo shrine. He is also jealous of Saizo's renown. He is very sadistic and cruel, teasing Isanami about her lack of power causing the death of her friends , and is also very confident in himself and his abilities, often bragging to Saizo about his superior skills (Which is not entirely untrue) . |

| A member of the Koga Ninja, and head of Sanada's ninja squad. His loyalty towards Yukimura is strong, and he takes pride in being a warrior. His speech is a bit broken, and he's not the best at getting along with others, but his ability to manipulate animals is powerful, and he holds command over horned owls, weasels, and many other creatures of the forest. He also hates Iga ninja. He takes pride in being a warrior and will not forgive anyone who soils Sanada's name. He hates Iga Ninja, more notably Saizo Kirigakure. But at the same time he acknowledges Saizo as a strong ninja and trusts him. He has the ability to summon leaves that can paralyze an opponent upon touch. His weapons are two knives, throwing knives, paralysis herbs. |

| Izumo Priestess. She was found beneath the tori of Izumo Grand Shrine and raised by the head priest there. Her temple was massacred and so she escaped and ended up being saved by Saizo. After that she decides to follow him. She's a big eater, and her favorite foods are soba noodles and sweets. She seems to have taken a liking to Saizo, after he saved her and even asks Yukimura to let him stay with them, much to Saizo's dismay. She also has the most optomistic personality out of everyone. Isanami went through a break through after talking to Anastasia, thus realizing even though she has no skill, she has the biggest heart. Isanami then wishes to become stronger, no longer wanting to burden everyone. She's a big eater, and her favorite foods are soba noodles and sweets. She seems to have taken a liking to Saizo, after he saved her and even asks Yukimura to let him stay with them, much to Saizo's dismay. She also has the most optimistic personality out of everyone. Isanami went through a break through after talking to Anastasia, thus realizing even though she has no skill, she has the biggest heart. Isanami then wishes to become stronger, no longer wanting to burden everyone. However, this is all a lie, because Ana is revealed to be a traitor who was just staying to get a hold of Rokuro's right eye, which left her very depressed. She seems to have a darker side to her personality, she can sense people's emotions around her and she can take away many people's lives. She is said to be the goddess of murder and slaughter. |

He has a very loud and outspoken personality and is seen getting jealous about the fact that Isanami is getting closer to Saizo. He cares about Isanami very much. | |

| Leader of a group of brigands. He lures travelers onto an unsteady suspension bridge in the mountains and pillages their belongings. His weapon is a kusari-gama. He can manipulate the wind at his will and uses a technique called "Secret Art of the Yuri Kusari-Gama". A cruel, hedonistic, and crazy person who gets an extreme thrill from the sight of blood. Kamanosuke has a very feminine appearance and refuses to show his body in front of others. He isn't only sadistic but also masochistic and obsessed with Saizo. During an illusion, Kamanosuke is a princess who is in love with a male servant of hers. (despite the fact that he is a boy) The official character guide describes Yuri as pervert with a blood fetish whose hobby is stalking Saizo. Yuri is loud, speaks in rough language and acts tsundere most of the time. |

| One of Yukimura's vassals. He takes everything seriously and is deeply loyal to Sanada. He is a master with the matchlock, and never misses a shot. He calls his favorite gun Saya, and takes good care of her. He is extremely diligent and stiff. Apparently he travels the land to gather information under Yukimura's orders. He can hold his liquor, but he's weak around women and has a fear of heights. He seems to be very uncomfortable, annoyed or maybe even jealous of how Isanami always clings to Saizo | |

| A pirate, who owns a big ship. He is the head of a band of pirates controlling Lake Biwa. He hates fighting and enjoys drinking sake more than anything, also loves women and his ship to no end. His partner is a black panther, Veronica. He starts a friendship with Kakei after they meet during his travels, and the two swear an oath of brotherhood. He possesses the power to manipulate lightning at will and has incredible strength. |
