| A young girl who attends the same school as Shougo and also the first friend he makes on his first day of his new life. Very curious and believing in destined meetings, she is in the same class as Shougo as well as the class representative. She loves creme puffs. Her father is a leading engineering designer of electronic devices, who designed one of the special cellphones that she used to deceive Shougo. She revealed later that she was Shougo's childhood friend and feels responsible for the accident that landed him in hospital. She tells Shougo, "When we were kids, I wanted to be your sister. I figured we could be together forever that way." In the last two novels, it is revealed that Konoe is actually Shougo's sister. However, Konoe is Kumagorou's biological daughter but she's not really Shougo's sister because Shougo is not Kumagorou's biological son. |

| The male protagonist who is the heir to the Mikadono Group. For him to take over, he needs to graduate from school as well as finding a life partner. However, things become complicated as he learns that he has a younger sister who is watching over him as well as attending the same school. He has a scar on his forehead from an accident when he was a kid, which caused him to lose bits of his memories. In the last novels, he chooses Konoe as his lover, but also gets to know that she is also his sister. However, Shougo is not Kumagorou's biological son; for some reason, Kumagorou and Shougo's mother, Kanoko, were unable to conceive a child together and Kanoko gave birth to Shougo through artificial insemination with another man. |

| Name: Mido Ban (Ginji calls him Ban-chan) Age: 19 Sex: Male Height: 175 cm Weight: 58 kg Birthday: December 17th Bloodtype: B Powers: Jagan (Evil Eye) and Snake Bite First impressions of Ban are generally that he is a rude person and has a great sense of pride. With his unruly hair (He's often called "Urchin Head") and sunglasses, people already judge him poorly (It doesn't help that he gives unflattering nicknames to almost anyone he meets, e.g. "monkey trainer" Shido and "thread spool" Kazuki). But he is actually a great guy with a strong sense of leadership and a very talented person. He is one quarter German and he's the grandchild of the "Last Witch of the 20th Century". He's also a brother-like figure to Himiko Kudo after she has gotten over her brother's death. Himiko's average fighting skills meant that she often bites off more than what she can chew. In such situations, Ban can be counted on to come to her aid (though it must be noted that she does return the favor at times). In the GB duo, he's often the one who thinks of plans for their moves. Initially, Ginji was seen to be a sidekick to him. (In fact, when they first formed their partnership, Ban insisted that Ginji was only his sidekick.) | Name: Amano Ginji Age: 19 Sex: Male Height: 176 cm Weight: 62kg Birthday: April 19th Blood type: O He's the current partner of Ban Mido and was once the fearsome "Thunder Emperor" and the leader of a gang called "The Volts" in the Infinity Fortress. He received the title "Raitei" (literally, "Lightning Emperor") because of his ability to control electricity. This control grants him several unique abilities such as amazing regenerative power as well as the ability to become a human magnet and battery. Despite Ginji's dark past, his demeanor is one of an unassuming, energetic, and friendly boy with a strong sense of justice. He makes friends easily, often without trying - and is trusting and open to an almost naive extent. But when exposed to remnants of his past, he has a tendency to revert to his darker "Raitei" persona. For comical purposes, he also turns into a droopy Chibi, most likely designed after a tare panda. He's frequently beaten up by Ban (comically) for doing stupid things. Little of his past is known. We do know that his childhood guardian is Takeru Teshimine, then ruler of the Infinity Fortress. Before his departure, Ginji founded "VOLTS", a gang lead by The Lightning Emperor, and "The Four Kings of the Volts" to protect the Infinity Fortress from the monsters of the Beltline. | Yokodera Youto is the main protagonist of "Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko". He is portrayed to secretly be a huge pervert who can't express his inner self truly because his deeds are always misunderstood. He even claims that he joined the athletics club just so he could see girls in shorts. When hearing some rumors from a childhood friend, he makes a wish onto the infamous 'Stony Cat', of no longer being capable to lie and make excuses in exchange for the belt of a hug pillow he offered. And so, he loses this 'facade'. After the removal of his facade, Yokodera is troubled as it makes him be painfully honest to others. Later on, he learns that someone will take the missing trait one owned before wishing onto the mysterious cat-like object. He then starts searching for the lost belt he previously had. 10 years ago, Yokodera started hanging around Tsukasa (Tsukiko's and Tsukushi mother) as his parents was always busy with work. While Tsukasa was on her death bed, he made a wish the cat god to transfers his memories with Tsukasa to Tsukiko and Tsukushi as they had wanted to spend and share more more memories with their mother. In exchange he cant remember any memories from his past (e.g meeting or talking to people) |

| The legendary Eien no Shikaku (Eternal Assassin), Akizuki Yojiro is the bearer of the legendary sword, Getsuruitō (Sword of Lunar Tears), tasked with the quest of utilizing its blade to destroy the Hasha no Kubi (Head of the Conqueror), a supernatural object said to appear during times of unrest and revolution. Akizuki was once a close confidante, friend and bodyguard of the late Sakamoto Ryouma, whose assassination he failed to prevent and which continues to haunt him to the current day. During the midst of his quest to destroy the Hasha no Kubi, he visits Yokohama and happens to meet the Yuyama troupe, an adventuring kabuki group, and its leader Yuyama Kakunojou. While in the city, Akizuki senses the aura of the Hasha no Kubi within an auction held in the Shanghai Club, soon breaking through its confines in attempting to cut it in half; however, even if its head appeared to have been cut, the spirit of the elusive Hasha no Kubi was not destroyed and still remains, with Akizuki continuing in his quest to find and destroy it. | Mr. 5 is the lowest-ranked Officer Agent in the Baroque Works along with his partner, Miss Valentines Day. Like most of the Baroque Works agents, he is extremely confident. He is especially devoted to his work, and believes that friendship is a sign of weakness. Mr. 5 has a five on his coat. Mr. 5 has the power of the Bomu Bomu No Mi (Bomb Bomb Fruit in the English and Boom Boom Fruit in the English Manga) which allows him to turn any part of his body into a bomb, and renders all explosive based attacks useless against him. Mr. 5 and Miss Valentines Day first meet the Straw Hat Pirates at Whiskey Peak during the Whiskey Peak Arc, then later fight them at Little Garden, where they are defeated. | A Needless who poses a "Zero" fragment that gives him the ability to memorize any opponents attacks, although the power is somewhat diminished. He masquerades as a priest, but his actions are quite the opposite. Blade has been shown to be extremely impulsive and irrational, and has a great weakness for younger girls. He was apart of the "ADAM PROJECT" or an experiment to create a new version or an updated version of the "second". He can learn any of his opponents ability by directly smashing his head against theirs or being attacked by the fragment. He cannot learn the doppelganger ability. Previous is General Affairs Manager The male protagonist, childhood friend of Medaka, and the Student Council General Affairs Manager, reluctantly joining for the sake of protecting Medaka; in the pilot chapter, Medaka assigns him to become the Vice President. Zenkichi always shows enthusiasm toward Medaka’s cause for helping others and will punish anyone who opposes that cause. It is later revealed that he is the one who reformed Medaka into her current personality. It is implied he has feelings for her. Little is known about Zenkichi's past except that he has been with Medaka since they were two years old. The relationship between Shiranui and Zenkichi is frequently commented on by their classmates, often negatively, on how they interact with each other. Shiranui has commented that she is only friends with him when she is in the mood. Ironically, Shiranui's grandfather notes that Zenkichi is probably the only person who can get along with Shiranui. Zenkichi eventually reveals his feelings directly to Medaka before sacrificing himself to destroy Kumagawa. Zenkichi is noted to be a "normal" individual, one with no special abilities. Medaka's brother, Maguro, takes special interest in him because no matter how much he's discouraged or fails, he stands back up. Zenkichi has vowed to protect Medaka ever since she was emotionally scarred after failing to help a classmate in middle school. In order to become stronger, he has undertaken Maguro's hellish training sessions along with Medaka. Zenkichi is revealed to be a master of Savate, having honed his skill to such an extent that he possesses an almost impenetrable defense. According to Zenkichi, he learned this style because he fears fighting and uses it to disarm opponents and take away their desire to fight. He also studied on how to disassemble guns, and rocket launchers, just in case something ever happened to Medaka. Thanks to this display of skill, the Flask Plan is very interested in him, believing him to have the potential to become an Abnormal. However, it has been repeated iterated that Zenkichi, despite his remarkable abilities, is still only "normal." If standard human limits are applied though, Zenkichi has long since passed the line of a "normal"; for instance, when he caused a small earthquake with his stomp. Even if it was biologically possible, a man of Zenkichi's weight and mass would find it impossible. Ten years later, Zenkichi and Tsurubami return to Hakoniwa to reunite with their friends on the tenth anniversary of Ajimu's disappearance. Running late, they barge into the Student Council office, and on the women changing. They are beaten up for their transgression. Chastised by Akune, Zenkichi states he still feels young at twenty-six. At Kikaijima's request, Zenkichi holds her baby, and asks for the child's name. He and the others discuss Nabeshima's Olympic career, the medical advances happening at the rebuilt Hakoniwa General Hospital, and the successes of the committee chairs. He asks Naze what she has been up to, and is surprised to hear from Wanizuka that Munakata is now a demon hunter. He is surprised to see that Shiranui has not changed at all, but is happy to hear what she and Emukae have been up to. Probed by the others, he reveals he has spent the past four years working to join the Kurokami Group. At Akune's urging, he heads to Medaka's office, to find her sleeping with a large group of dogs. Zenkichi greets Medaka, trying tell her how beautiful she has become, but is interrupted by her dogs. He thinks to himself that Medaka has become docile, and that even The End, and all the skills Medaka learned with it, have faded away. Zenkichi thinks that the loss of their skills happened to everyone, and remembers that he did not lose his own skills until he was twenty-two. He is surprised to hear about Medaka's "Moonsault Plan", a project to restore the moon. Hearing that she is restoring the moon in part to show Ajimu and Kumagawa that she is still well, Zenkichi wonders if the two are really still alive. Medaka reassures Zenkichi that both are alive, and shows him their messages from the 100 Flowers Run. Zenkichi is aghast to see she has been storing her hundred messages in the suggestion box, but in a moment of nostalgia notes that everything started with it. Zenkichi reminds Medaka that the reconstruction of the moon will take several years, and challenges her to a duel, with the condition that she marry him if he wins. Medaka accepts, telling him that if she wins, he will have to marry her; Zenkichi thinks to himself that their conditions are the same.
