Amu's Guardian Egg that became a X Egg before it hatched. But Amu is not recognized as its owner In chapter 17 the egg hatched, and through the power of the Humpty lock, the emerging X Chara does a one time Chara Become with Utau, becoming "Dark Jewel". Her special move is "Shining Black", where a black light attacks the opponent. Not knowing its name, Amu calls it "Dia" (it's a yellow egg with diamond markings). Since Utau is not the real owner, the Chara Become quickly dissolves after it forms. The changing to a X Egg is caused by changes in the surroundings and when she returned to class the boys comment that "Amu doesn't seem like Amu".
