Takashi grew up together with Haruto Kirishima and Akari Kaga, and the three have remained close friends to this day, though Takashi's libidinous nature often frustrates the other two. He lived in Hiroshima for most of his life, but eventually moved to Tokyo so he could attend university with Haruto, Akari & Kiyomi Asakura, a girl he was romantically interested in.
