She was introduced by episode 2 “Blossom, blossom.” After spying on Taruto, while Taruto was chasing after a dragon fly on a sunflower. Anzuko has got to be the most annoying character in the anime. She’s the reoccurring antagonist in the show. She was introduced in the 2nd episode “Blossom, blossom.” She constantly tries to capture Taturo, but always fails to get her. In order for her to place Taruto in Anzuk’s many cat collections at home. But she did managed to capture Taruto once at some point. What is it with her trying to kidnap cats? (Especially the innocent ones) for her own personal gain. She’s probably around the same age as Iori (an adult), since her developed body is 1 hint, she sounds older (I’ve only watched the dub with some sub, so I’m telling what I know from watching the dub & I know so far. When I’ve watched the series). She’s like the “stereotype crazy cat lady” or cat napper. Similar to the dog catcher from the disney movie “Lady and the tramp 2” that I’ve seen. Her main weapon is a net, hence why she tries to kidnap cats (mainly Taruto). She once wanted to try and cat nap Nougan (as seen in episode 9 “Tromp, Thromp.” Taruto’s friends Charolette, Chitose, and Kakipi are all aware that Anzuko’s evil. So they’ll support Taruto to protect her from being captured by Anzuko. She a little similar to Rue from “Princess Tutu.” When Anzuko is such a drama queen, determined, annoying, loud, and petty. Little does Iori know Azuuko’s obsession on kidnapping Taruto. She one time in episode 9 “Tromp, Tromp”, she tried to look for the wild cat Nougat. But failed when Chips used magic on him to disappear (might fix this later for accuracy). Like seriously what is her problem with being crazy and her excessive obsession on chasing innocent cats from the wild. Leave them alonnnneee!
