　留弗夫と前妻の息子。非常に長身な大柄の青年で、その体格と特徴的な髪型に見合った大味な性格をしています。その辺りは皮肉屋な父親譲りですが、亡き母親から思いやりの心も受け継いでいるようで、父親と違い、人の心の痛みがわかる感受性を持っています。
　母親を亡くした後、喪が明けない内から再婚した父親に反感を持ち、６年間、亡き母の実家の世話になっていました。しかし、実家の祖父母が相次いで死去したため、右代宮の姓に戻らざるを得なくなり、霧江が仲介する形で６年ぶりに元の家族に帰ってきました。
　学校の成績は並だが、将来の夢が特になく、ぼんやりと大学進学を考える自分に疑問を持つ多感な年頃でもあります。その割には思いつくと即行動の猪突猛進タイプなので、ある日突然、世界を放浪してくるなんて言い出してトランクひとつで大冒険に出掛けてもおかしくないと思われている無鉄砲さも持っています。
　父親同様、異性にはもてるらしいですが、ひとりのガールフレンドに絞るよりはみんなと大勢で遊んだ方が楽しいらしく、その豪快な性格とも相まって友人は非常に多いようです。あと、スケベさも父親譲りらしいようです。しかしこれは彼なりの女性へのコミュニケーション術らしく、痴漢行為そのものが目的ではないと自称していますが、本当かどうか大いに怪しいものです。
　霧江とは母親の存命中から交流があり、特に彼女独自のチェス盤思考には感銘を受けていて、ことあるごとにその発想術を使いたがります。
