Either install Japanese language support in Windows and use its IME or use a Japanese word processor.

I don't think I'm supposed to be getting this:

tl.php You may only update translations for French. Use Change Language to Select French. Or notify Rei to look into what went wrong.

Also, do you think you could make the "context" value a hyperlink to an example of the actual page? That would be very helpful.

They will not automatically apply. I'll need to download, parse, test, and upload each batch.
