The anime character I'm trying to think of is from Adult Swim. It's got shark like features, I believe red eyes, rows of razor sharp teeth, and I remember it interacting with a child and licking or tasting it's tears on it's face. It's really weird and hard to remember.... the character was not happy with the salty taste. If anyone has any info, I will gladly appreciate your help.
