This is purely speculation, but that first one looks an awful lot like Studio e-Go work. The bad thing is that looks like an old picture, so getchu wouldn't have character pictures for whatever game she's in.

I agree with kuropon, the first image is very much like the work of Studio e-Go. I have a feeling that image might be up on their home page, somewhere in the CG section of their games...
