That's the cast of the game Osananajimi wa Daitouryou (幼なじみは大統領 My girlfriend is the PRESIDENT). Here is the official site. I can translate the character names for you if that's necessary.

I hate to nitpick, but isn't the word osananijimi more commonly referred to as 'childhood friend'? If I remember right kanojo is for girlfriend however that would be sort of moot if that is basically the title of the game.

You are absolutely right about "osananajimi", however the English is part of the game's title, so no prize, I'm afraid. See the link I provided.

The English is more of a subtitle (in the label sense). A few times I've been burned using the English part of the Japanese title as the English title. I'll assume then, you're both right! :-P
