I was wondering if someone could suggest a few cosplays for me to do! I'm a bit on the overweight side, and I've been feeling super ugly in my cosplays lately since I don't fit old ones anymore. I'm having a really hard time finding outfits that will take the focus off my weight. I'd even be okay if it was a focus on the chest, just not waist area.

I've heard flowy and really intricate/creative cosplays usually do the trick, but I'm not familiar with tons of anime and manga (I mostly play videogames), so I'm still having difficulty thinking of characters and shows!

Please help me? I posted a pic of me for any ideas :3

Rangiku Matsumoto from Bleach could be an idea, since a lot of emphasis is on her chest, but the Shinigami uniforms themselves are very flowy and loose. Rangiku's shinigami uniform even has a big bow around the waist area that could camouflage it a bit.

Just because she's "big" it doesnt mean you cant be "perfect." You're hinting that being on the heavier side of the scale isn't perfect, so since you think shes perfect, she cant be "fat" or chubby....
