My sweet 16 is going to be a cosplay tea party thang and I'm also planning to go to MomoCon in May c: I need cosplay suggestions. Money is tight. I have a bit but I want to try to keep it on the cheap side but I want to still have a more detailed outfit than a simple shirt and shorts.
I'm very short, only 5 feet tall .-. Done growing too. xD
Anyways, I have a petite figure, not quite hourglass but I have curves. My hair is just past my shoulders and purple (More of a lavender shade) and I have extensions that I wear that go just below my chest. A wig is an option but I was hoping to find a cute fairly well known character that I could do with purple hair so that I won't have to spend the extra on a wig. Eye color doesn't matter, I'm going to get circle lenses, and I don't want anything too extremely revealing. c:

The Hiiragi twins from Lucky Star both have purple hair, although you might have more luck with Kagami, because her hair is longer.
There's also Hitagi Senjougahara from Bakemonogatari.
Mizore Shirayuki from Rosario+Vampire is very well loved on this site, and her costume could probably be put together with pieces of clothing you probably own, except for the stockings

Petrarca An Erdant 3rd from Outbreak Company has purple hair. She is petite as well, though I'm not sure of the pricing on a costume for her.

Mizore Shirayuki seems perfect, and it will hardly cost any money ^_^
