I'm putting this thread up as a reference to any characters I come across as looking like they are grouped in the wrong gender category. Of course, anyone else can use this and I'm kind of counting on Rei to look into any questionables that are brought up here. Here's one to start out with:

This character is voiced by Gou Inoue. I find that in 99.9% of all cases, when the voice actor is male, so is the character (whereas female seiyuu commonly voice characters of both gender).

Pardon the double post, but there is something odd about labelling Mariya Shidou as "female" when he is a known cross-dresser (and in fact this is central to the show's plot). Does "Apparent Gender" mean you judge solely on appearance even in cases like these?

This is really getting to be an endless cycle...

To make everyone happy, once I get home from University, I'll look into making it so we have two Indexes for characters:

1. How the look in the image
2. What they actually are

This way cross dressers (aka traps) can be entered as looking female, and being male.
