I really need help with posting links such as ones that are just the characters names, and I also need some help with posting pictures.

As you can see in the picture SourNote2014 has links that are merely a character's name. I would appreciate if someone could explain how to do it.

The following two pictures were posted in the Twintails Lovers Guild. There is no choose file picture thing in the forums. So how did the user post it? Does it require some fancy program or am I looking wrong? Yes, I have read the guide but, still don't understand it. Someone help me please. Also by the way I use a kindle fire.
