Adding Hair Color Highlight as a new feature.

Actually dropping "hair color intensity" and converting it into Hair Color Highlight, but who cares about that.

The important part is what characters and what is a highlight?!




Take Hiei as our first example. Hair Color is black, but what is the highlight? Is it blue? Is it white?


An easier case would be the image BluePringlez posted:



Black hair, red highlight.



Pink hair, red highlight.

some more ambiguous cases



black, purple, red ?



How much white should there be before we consider it a White highlight ?




Most characters WILL NOT have a highlight. Initially, I'd like to use this only in the most obvious of cases. Where there is doubt, post the images here and we'll figure out a standard ~

Sounds like a useful feature, Rei-sama. Now I understand what it means. I will be using it from now on.

I have an idea: because the highlight can sometimes define the way the main color looks, I think it should be added as another hair color that can be searched.

Example:

She has brown hair as her main hair color, but because the highlight is purple, it blends with her hair color and the hair looks purple at the first sight. Some people would say she has purple hair, but if they searched for her with the color purple, they won't find her on our database because her main hair color is brown.

Concerning the idea for a "2nd hair color" feature or a "highlight" feature, it looks like a real good idea, from the moment that a complementary "variation" of the main hair color must remain differentiated from characters with really "bicolor" hair.
