Creation requests should generally require me writing a new PHP script to do something for you. If you are looking to modify something already on the site, you should be posting it to Modification Requests instead.

Basically we have a lot of data on the site, but not a lot of ways to access or interact with it. As an example, maybe you were wondering which character has the longest name? Next to impossible to find in a search, but were I to code for you a list of character names sorted by the longest it'd be easy to find. Or maybe you were wondering what is the most common eye color. Sure you could do a bunch of searches, or ask me to make a chart.
