Story
It's a two episode OVA regarding a drunken police chief who has a problem: a gang is terrorizing his city. In a drunken fit, he submits a plan to recruit a savior via an idol girl contest. By sheer luck, he finds Marion Namikaze, a thirteen-year-old girl with superhuman strength and a desire to be a pop star. Marion manages to defeat the gang through sheer dumb luck.
Included in this OVA is a live-action commercial parody for a vitamin drink. It features the voice actresses from the series climbing a jungle gym and then having the drink.
