Story
Set after the Kamen Rider Accel V-Cinema, this series follows the continuing sleuthing adventures of the dynamic detective Rider duo Shotaro Hidari and Raito ＂Philip＂ Sonozaki.

The story follows a new character, a mysterious woman named Tokime who suffers from amnesia. Shotaro encounters her one night and takes her to the Narumi Detective Agency so she could work there. As time passes, Shotaro and Philip discover that there's more to Tokime than meets the eye, as they uncover a secret involving her and an individual called the Aurora Dopant. What's more, the Aurora Dopant leads a new crime syndicate called Street.
