That's an original character. She appears in the promotional art for Anime Art Academy's ＂Black Friday＂ sale, specifically. ^^ That being said, her design takes a lot of cues from Rikka Takanashi's ＂normal＂ appearance, if you're interested. |

This is a bit of a tough one because it's all Chinese only. The answer would be, for the title: 紧缚捕获怪盗少女！ And for the name it's always credited to: 画匠 Google seems to translate the title as ＂Bind and capture the phantom thief girl!＂. Sure looks like Angel Devil, although in all honesty I'm personally unsure as to whether that's him or Hyouma Chigiri from Blue Lock. Tried to pin down the original to make 100% sure, but I didn't find it in the end. |
