Mashiro Kuna

Mashiro Kuna (久南 白, Kuna Mashiro) is the former lieutenant of the 9th Division under Kensei Muguruma, and is currently a member of the Vizard.

Despite having formerly attained a position in the elite Gotei 13, Mashiro has very childish and immature mannerisms. She is portrayed as rather flighty and rarely takes note of the bigger picture around her. She is prone to throwing fits over the smallest of things, such as Orihime Inoue befriending Hachigen Ushōda or when Kensei insisted on following his subordinates into battle. Her childish personality frequently irritates her former captain Kensei, causing him to question why he kept her as a lieutenant at the time, he has noted she is capable of annoying him even while asleep (shown that his division had to hold him back constantly from trying to kill her). She often calls Ichigo "Berry-tan" (Berry Boy in the English manga, Carrot-Top in the English dub anime), a play on Ichigo's name. She seems to be good friends with Hachi, instantly disliking it when Orihime befriends him. In battle she is somewhat more serious though somewhat acting like a superhero while attacking and after winning.

Marechiyo Omaeda

Marechiyo Ōmaeda (大前田 希千代, Ōmaeda Marechiyo) is the lieutenant of the Second Division, under Captain Soifon. He is also the Corps Commander of the Patrol Corps in the Onmitsukidō.

Ōmaeda is an arrogant and dull man. He is cowardly, loud, vain, elitist, snobbish, greedy, and sluggish. Contradicting his normal behaviors and mannerisms he is exceedingly loyal to his captain, to the point that he is willing to fight along with his captain against enemies a lot stronger than him; his willingness to take an attack aimed at his captain, act as a temporary decoy, and cut off Soifon's arm at her request shows that Marechiyo holds a great deal of loyalty to his captain. Despite his arrogance, he has shown himself to be deceptively sharp in combat enough to catch his opponents off-guard.

He likes to eat fried rice crackers (abura senbei) wherever he is. His captain is known to beat him up when the crumbs from the crackers fall on her hair. It is also known however, that he does not like fish.

Marechiyo is shown to come from a rich family. As is typical of many rich families, he has a long name, Marechiyo Yoshiayamenosuke Nikkōtarōemon Ōmaeda (大前田 日光田郎右衛門 美菖蒲介 希千代, Ōmaeda Nikkōtarōemon Yoshiayamenosuke Marechiyo). His father is named Marenoshin, his mother is Mareka, his older sister is Maremi, his younger brother is Marejirōsaburō, and his younger sister is Mareyo. With the exception of his younger sister, all closely resemble him. Mareyo is more normal looking and sweet, which shocks Izuru Kira, Renji Abarai, and Shūhei Hisagi. Marechiyo thinks his younger sister is ugly. It is also remarked here that he enjoys inviting commoners to his home, probably only to show off his wealth. He is often taken advantage of by his fellow Lieutenant Shūhei Hisagi, who often comes and eats Marechiyo's extra food when he is low on cash.

Marechiyo's specialty is making bracelets, as he can craft gold. All the jewels seen on him are made by himself. He owns a factory named "Ōmaeda Gem-Precious Metals Factory", which makes jewelery. He fries any slacking workers with his yet unknown ability, the "Marechiyo Chop".

Being rich, he was able to install the 2nd Division quarters with floor heating, automatic doors and cooling/heating system.

Ikkaku Madarame

Ikkaku Madarame (斑目 一角, Madarame Ikkaku) is the 3rd Seat of the 11th Division in the Gotei 13. His captain is Kenpachi Zaraki.

In terms of his attitude, Ikkaku is a stereotypical 11th Division member — violent, fight-loving, and rude. This has been noted by Tetsuzaemon Iba, among others. He loves fighting so much that he is unwilling to travel anywhere without a sword, resorting to carrying a wooden one when posing as a student at Ichigo Kurosaki's school. However, Ikkaku does have a sense of loyalty and responsibility unlike many of the lower-ranked 11th Division members and is fiercely loyal to his captain, under whose command he wishes to die.

Ikkaku shares many personality traits with his division's captain, Kenpachi Zaraki, which explains why they seem to have so much respect for each another. Ikkaku considers fighting fun, just as his captain does, and tries to get as much fun as he can out of his opponents, so much so that he would take deadly risks to drag out the fight for as long as possible. He also shares Kenpachi's penchant for limiting his skills in order for fights to last longer (with the only difference being the fact that he chooses to do so by restricting the use of his Bankai whereas Kenpachi prefers the use of his power-sealing eye patch given to him by the 12th Division). Like Kenpachi, Ikkaku is seen constantly smiling when engaging in a fight with a formidable opponent. And like all 11th Division members, he considers the only honorable battles to be those that are fought one-on-one. Even the threat of death is not a reason to ignore this fact, as they believe that the winner is only to be determined when the other dies. He does consider surviving an otherwise lost battle good luck, as his captain taught him, and is also sensible enough to carry a blood-clotting ointment in the hilt of his Zanpakutō.

Mabashi

Mabashi (馬橋, Mabashi) is an anime-only character in the Bount arc. He is a male Bount.

Originally, Mabashi did not seem to care if his views went against Kariya's, as he refused to drink the bitto's elixir. He is a staunch defender of the rule that Bount should not drink living souls. But after Kariya forced him to, his personality changed. He becomes overconfident and facetious. Against Soifon, he didn't even find it necessary to fight her, suggesting that he is not a very perceptive fighter who leaves the heavy duty work to his doll, Ritz. Mabashi cares for the doll with his life, seen when his doll is defeated, and gets mad that she was hurt. He also comments during her "playtime" with Orihime, Rukia, and Kurōdo that she was cute.

He has a nasty side, being sadistic when he pitted Rukia against Orihime. He is shown to be laid-back, evident when he allows his doll to control his opponent while he gives orders from the sidelines. Mabashi takes joy in sitting back and watching his doll mess with people. He is also an instigator who likes to antagonize others, be they enemies or allies. He is disrespectful to the people higher than himself, especially Yoshi. Though he only appears a few times, he has his ways to make himself be known well. He apparently does not have a good relationship with Yoshi, whom he frequently insults and calls her "old and ugly", leading to both verbal and physical clashes between the two.

Annie

Annie runs a convenience store on Mars, and is a friend of Spike's. Her full name is Anastasia, but she says there are only two people she lets call her that. She acts as an informant for Spike and is good at going unnoticed to collect info. She keeps small arms and ammo behind her counter, which she provides Spike with on more than one occasion.

Judy

Judy is one of the hosts on the show "Big Shot," which provides information to bounty hunters across the star system. She generally acts very ditzy and plays up the "dumb blonde" stereotype. She has a tendency to talk about about how attractive the bounty heads are and to wander off-topic, meaning her co-host must try to get her to come back to the point of the show. She is engaged to her agent.

She and her co-host (Punch) are named after a popular, traditional English puppet show, "Punch and Judy".

Punch

Punch is one of the hosts on "Big Shot" a show that provides information for bounty hunters. Punch (poorly) fakes a mid-weastern drawl and uses sayings from the Wild-West in order to make himself seem more like a cowboy. He frequently has to remind his distractible co-host to stay on-topic, and is the one who normally actually provides info in a useful manner.

He and his co-host (Judy) are named after a popular, traditional English puppet show, "Punch and Judy".
