Nancy is a 26 year old woman with an unusual ability known as "diving." She is able to move through solid objects at will, or allow objects (such as bullets) to pass through her. She is employed by the British Library's Special Operations Division, where she works as a secret agent under the code name "Miss Deep." She dislikes this name, complaining that it sounds like a porn star. She is generally an up-beat person, but is reluctant to allow anyone to get to know her or allow them to see her weaknesses. Her origin and how she came to be employed at the British Library differ in different medias.

Yomiko is a special agent for the British Library's Special Operations Division. Her codename is "The Paper" and she is often called Agent Paper. She is a "papermaster", someone who can control paper. She can form it into blades and papercut people, use it as a shield or even construct a giant paper airplane she can ride on. She adores books, and her house is full of them. She works as a substitute teacher while not on missions, and this is how she met Nenene Sumiregawa, who becomes a close friend. She is half-Japanese and half-English.

Drake is a mercenary, currently working for the British Library's Special Ops. Division. He is an American Special Forces veteran and highly skilled in combat. He is the Library's "big gun" so to speak. He is close to Yomiko, and despite his gruff and hardened exterior he is a bit of a softie. He will go to great lengths to help those he considers friends and if his orders come into conflict with his morals, he will disobey the orders first. Drake has a daughter named Maggie Anderson (not to be confused with Maggie Mui.)

Luppi (ルピ, Rupi) was the sexta (6th) Espada in Sōsuke Aizen's army, temporarily replacing and later killed by Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez. Luppi is rather arrogant, insulting Grimmjow for his lowered rank and boasting constantly when in battle. He mocks his enemies by saying "Sorry!" in a sarcastic tone after insulting somebody, as well as by licking his lips and noting the odds against his enemies out loud. Luppi and Gin Ichimaru, on the other hand, seem to have been on good terms, as Gin comments about being lonely after Luppi's death, citing the fact that the two often spoke. Though in a Shinigami's cup skit, after Gin makes a friendly comment on it, Luppi gleefully denies this fact, much to Ichimaru's dismay. In battle, Luppi seems unsatisfied with fighting opponents that posed no challenges to him, going so far as to invite multiple opponents to attack him simultaneously during his battle in Karakura Town. Luppi has also shown that he likes toying with his opponents in battle, especially if he doesn't consider them a threat. He seems to be easily irritated, however, rising to the simplest of taunts. He was a bit perverted, commenting on Rangiku's breasts, but almost immediately afterwards, he threatened to kill her. He was clearly vengeful, as when the mission was over and he was still alive after Tōshirō Hitsugaya's attack, he vowed to the young captain he'd be back to kill him. Things didn't go his way due to Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez killing him after his arm was restored to regain his rank as the Sexta Espada.

Love Aikawa (愛川 羅武 or ラブ, Aikawa Rabu) (nicknamed ラヴ Ravu) is a Vizard and former Captain of the 7th Division. Love is a laid-back and easy-going man, usually reading Shōnen Jump or some of Lisa's erotic manga in his spare time, more often than not, spoiling a piece of the story by quoting lines and explaining what the character meant by it in a dramatic, tough-guy demeanor, almost as if he was an actor rehearsing movie lines. As with most Vizard, Love's attitude switches from serious to carefree within a moment's notice. During his time as a captain, Love believed in respect and maintaining the peace, quick to uphold those standards when no one else will. He also appears to have little love for posturing, as indicated when he slaps the back of Rōjūrō's head, for talking about former enemies, banding together in times of war, in order to fight a common foe, just before they're about to fight Starrk. True to his more carefree side, right before starting his battle against Starrk, Love makes a manga reference in response to Starrk questioning what happened when Loves' mask dissipated. Despite his comparatively friendly attitude, Love is a rather brutal and merciless fighter, not letting his opponents make a move against him and using his Shikai's special ability mixed with his mask right at the start of his battle with Coyote Starrk.

Loly (ロリ, Rori) is the 33rd Arrancar in Sōsuke Aizen's army. She, along with Menoly, were ordered to bring Orihime Inoue to Aizen when he wanted to show her the Hōgyoku. She develops a deep hatred towards the captured Human girl, and clearly has an intention to kill her, even if that means going against Aizen's orders. She seems infatuated with Aizen, as shown by her anger at Aizen's interest in Orihime. She also seems to be very impulsive and easily-angered, seen when she almost beats Orihime to death after she asked her to leave her room (and Menoly tried to stop her from "taking it too far", but could not stop her). In the anime, Loly's fate is still the same but given a little more detail. When Yammy hurts her, Loly accuses Orihime of enjoying her suffering, but is shocked as Orihime again heals her wounds. When Yammy attacks Orihime, she defends her, hatefully saying she owes her and the ensuing battle lasts a bit longer, but ends the same way. When she is in Yammy's grasp, Loly shouts at Orihime not to help her, again declaring her hatred towards her. But she gives Orihime a smile before she meets her fate at Yammy's hand. The smile Loly gave Orihime, as well as the act of defending her, may imply that while she still hates Orihime, she might have come to terms with her feelings, or it may simply have been a farwell and returning favor for healing her.

Lisa Yadōmaru (矢胴丸 リサ, Yadōmaru Risa) is a Vizard and the former Lieutenant of the 8th Division under Captain Shunsui Kyōraku. In comparison to her comrades, Lisa is one of the calmer, more sensible members of the Vizard, showing a quite stern, detached and secretive demeanor at most points, although is somewhat temperamental and easily irritable. Her hobbies include reading erotic manga (specifically, josei genre) or swimsuit magazines, which she often lends to her fellow Vizard, including Love and Ichigo (who denies it). She is also very curious, and had a habit of spying on the captain's meetings during her time in Soul Society. Despite her rather distant personality, she appears to care about her fellow Vizard, as shown when she warned Kensei about an attack from a Hollowfied Ichigo. She has shown to have a playful side similar to her former captain Shunsui Kyōraku, as the two were close and shared in mutual advances toward each other.

Lilynette Gingerback (リリネット・ジンジャーバック, Ririnetto Jinjābakku), sometimes incorrectly romanized as Lilinette, is an Arrancar. Apart from being an Arrancar, she herself is a sealed part of Coyote Starrk's power; when he uses his Resurrección, the two become one. Lilynette can be quite cheerful and mischievous, in that she enjoys waking Starrk up in unusual ways, such as shoving her fist down his throat. Despite her initially childish behavior, she does have a more serious side, as she is concerned about the ominous occurrences in Hueco Mundo and shows sorrow over Aaroniero Arruruerie being killed. She also seems to be rather proud, quickly taking offense when underestimated due to her appearance. Her relationship with Starrk is also unique amongst the Espada and their subordinates, appearing more comical and lighthearted. She does not address him with the usual "-sama" suffix (a Japanese honorific similar to Lord or Master), as the other subordinates generally do for their respective Espada, and simply calls him by his name. As such, her relationship to Starrk is more similar to that of a younger sister than a servant. Despite this familiarity, however, Lilynette does show a certain degree of respect for Starrk and knows of his true power, even when he chooses to be humble about it (or is simply too lazy to show it), to the point of being outraged that he allowed Baraggan Luisenbarn to lead the battle against the Shinigami in Karakura Town, knowing that Starrk is higher in rank and power than him. This is probably because Lilynette is actually part of Starrk, with the two having originally been a single Hollow. In their separated forms, Lilynette appears to retain all self-motivation and drive, while Starrk himself has next-to-none.
