Persona 4 feels like a good animated representation of the Persona games in how the stories timeline works out. It starts out rather fast and then slows before the final climax. It's a good show for those who like Philosophy because of all the sub context that lies within it. (view post)

Baka to Testis a excellent anime if you like comedy parodies. It is a high school life genre which may turn some people off but other then that, its a rather fun show to just stop thinking on. Who knows, maybe you will learn something. (view post)

In most cases the main character is a protagonist. Aka the most important person on the good side of a battle between good and evil ( this might sound big but the battles come in all sizes and actual physical combat is not required in order for a main character to be the protagonist).
Often in anime series there are a few very important characters ( the main characters ) and a bunch of less important characters ( the supporting characters ).
In such situations there is often one character which is mainly focussed though and that would be the protagonist. ( example : Ichigo from bleach is the protagonist while Rukia,Chad etc are main characters aswell. )

So long story made short : Yes Katsuragi is a main character, but in this case there are multiple main characters and of them hes the protagonist. (view post)

Nice Review Feli, I wholeheartedly agree with you about how awesome Btooom is. Of the anime series I've watched lately it is the best one by far.
They really ended the anime at one of the best moments in the manga to end it aswell which really upped the rating for me, though now I am really hoping on a second season. I'd give my arms for it !

Btooom! Anime Review

Welp. This was one of the best animes I have watched. EVER. Btooom is an action anime, however, it wasn't non-stop action with no character development. That's what I like about it. The plot was outstanding. I love how it was survival of the fittest, and the characters had to fight against some difficult enemies to survive. I also liked the romantic relationship between Sakamoto and Himiko; I think their relationship in this makes the show a lot better. Each episode ends with a nice cliffhanger, which just begs you to keep watching until the end.

My favourite character out of all was Sakamoto, because he wasn't one of those players who wanted to play the game and kill everyone in sight. He tried his best to form alliances with others and didn't fight even when some turned him down. I also loved Himiko and Taira; I loved both their personalities and they were awesome allies to Sakamoto. I hated the antagonists Date and Hidemi, but I liked Oda and Kosuke. Even though Oda and Kosuke were antagonists, they didn't seem too bad.

The ending was beautiful, but I will not spoil anything

You said it yourself Neko, GAME. Do you know what Higurashi or Umineko games look like? They are text with absolutely no cg(aside from some backgrounds). Character art is still there, but aside from that this is a regular book. The most gory thing you'll see in game is a bloody stain on black background. BGMs are much more creepy though. But well, there's a lot of reading and complicated stuff, so I kinda doubt 7 years old would understand what's going on there. (view post)

Sadly, while this game has a lot of cute characters, a lot of them don't even have any H-scenes or even CG at all. I think there are also some deaths, so it's not that good of a game.

Meh, to me the story felt like just a random H-game plot. A few lines of text here and there, a bit of fighting and a bunch of h-scenes :P Could be that I already entered the game with the mindset that I will probably not like it, then it is quite hard to change a persons mind. (view post)
