Saitama can travel from the moon to the air in a single quick jump. His damage, speed and endurance are all leagues higher than Erza. We still have fairy fail fanboys voting on Erza but the VS clearly states that you should only vote if you know both!
Seeing how a lot of people here don't read manga I want to remember you all that One Punch Man episode 1 has aired so check that out, it's just a small amount of his power and already worlds ahead of Erza.

The only reason why they appear a bit brownish, pinkish or orangish in some of the is because of the light effetcs ect. I.E if her face is shaded in a certain way her eyes would appear less red... if there is a heavy light and her eyes are sparkling then they would appear more pink ect ect
