There's a lesson in this series I can relate too a little too well. I too was on a path to working myself to death.

I can also confirm minimal effort can lead to unbelievable results. I've been doing 20 minutes of exercise per day for about 3 years now. Rotating between the following 20 minute exercises:

- 300 push ups and 200 sit ups
- 2km run
- 300 step ups
- 400 squats

All started with 1 push up and 1 sit up.

Now if I could just find a similar system for programming and communicating. :S
