The Earth is called Planet Zora. It's a lawless planet where the rule is that if you keep a stolen object for 3 days and get away with it, it becomes your property.
The Sand Rats, a motorcycle gang that races across the land, are attacked by a Walker Machine, but are saved by an injured boy named Jiron. The female leader of the Sand Rats, Rag, is intrigued by this Jiron. Because despite his wounds and being all alone, he wants to enter the bazaar of Carrying Cargo, a Blue Stone smuggler, to seize a Walker Machine. The bazaar is full of Carrying's bodyguards and other ruffians befitting a lawless planet. Jiron's goal is to get into a place like this, and what's he looking for!　Carrying's newest Walker Machine, the 'Xabungle'!!
