	Orihime Hourai 遺産を受け取った明弘に、加々見家に縁のある名家から明弘の妾にと送られてきた少女。姉が二人おり、織姫は妾の子で三女。妾の子と言うことで、蓬莱家では幼い頃から粗雑な扱いを受けていたため、精神が病んでいる。また、産まれた時から妾としてどこかへ送られることが決まっていたため、すでに人生を諦めており、夢も希望も持っていない。性格は無口で根暗だが、人見知りはしない。全体的に感情が欠如しているが、羞恥心だけは人並み。

	Mirei Kagami 祖父が再婚した相手の連れ子で、明弘の叔母にあたるが血は繋がっていない。義兄（明弘の父）を愛していたが、義兄が駆け落ちしたことでその思いは儚く散っている。兄を奪い取った明弘の母を憎んでいたが、二人が亡くなったことを知り、いつの頃か憎しみは消えていた。祖父が亡くなった後も、兄の息子である明弘のことを、何年も探し続けていた。加々見家の血縁者ではないが、遺書により遺産は美麗が管理している。明弘を引き取った後は、加々見家を明弘に継がせて、自身はメイド的立場で加々見家を管理している。まだ知り合って間もない明弘のことを心底大切に思っており、明弘のためなら、どんなことでもしようと思っている。兄の面影を残す明弘に内心ドキドキしているが、普段は表面上に現さない。冷静沈着で物事を合理的に考える性格だが、明弘のことに関してだけは別。非常にクールで嘘や冗談が大嫌い。

	Juria Saotome 聖薇の妹で同じ学生寮で暮らしているが、年齢の関係で姉とは別の学校に通っている。来年、姉と同じ学園に入学予定で今から楽しみにしている。明弘の屋敷に住むことになった後も、彼女は姉と自分が置かれている立場を理解しておらず、生活の苦しい姉を彼氏の明弘が善意で良くしてくれていると思っている。もの凄く感じやすい体質で、触れられただけ、撫でられただけで声が出てしまう。可愛い顔に似合わず、もの凄くイヤらしい声で悶え喘ぐ。おっとりしているけど気さくで、万人から愛される性格。最初は若干人見知りするものの基本は明るく、誰とでも積極的に仲良くする。純真無垢で人を疑うことを知らない。

	Seira Saotome 不真面目な人が大嫌いで、不良の代表格である明弘を特に目の敵にしている。妹を自分のことより大切に思っているが、誰からも愛される性格と、その可愛らしい容姿に内心嫉妬している。しかし、本人はそれを認めていない。両親は有名な資産家だったが、母は姉妹が幼い頃に病死。父は新しく迎えた妻（義母）の陰謀により、交通事故を装って二年前に殺されている。早乙女家の財産も全て義母に奪われており、生活費は奨学金という形で瀬理奈が出資している。生活支援ばかりか、学園にまで入学させてくれた瀬理奈のことを命の恩人とさえ思っており、恩返し以上の気持ちで学園の風紀委員長を務めている。しかし、実際には瀬里奈に借金をしている形になっており、それをネタに瀬理奈は姉妹を売り飛ばそうとしている。性格はストイックでクール。規律に厳しく、それを正すためなら少々の体罰をも厭わない。

	Yukiko Minase She's the "Step-sister" of the protagonist. She is known for the likes of alcohol and being popular with the guys, but when she is relaxing at home she always wear short camisole and hot pants. Even though the protagonist calls her his sister she is actually his cousin and house mate in Bible Black.

	Rika Shiraki The School's idol in Bible Black. Rika Shiraki's "path" in Bible Black. Minase is only slightly interested in her at first because she's the popular "school idol" Student council president. After Minase puts a love spell on her, she only exists to have lots of sex with not just Minase, who she is now obsessively in love with, but anyone Minase tells her to have sex with. This later backfires and supposedly kills Takashiro and attempts to kill Minase. She is later raped with Yukiko Minase. Later in life both Shiraki and Saeki become teachers at their old school and while trying to help out she is knocked out and raped/tortured by Jody Crowley's minions.

	Reika Kitami Reika Kitami is a fictional character and for much of the series if the main antagonist in the eroge game and OVA Bible Black created by Sei Shoujyo. In the series, Reika is a school nurse who has some sort of connection with the events 12 years ago. Whe she started she was an innocent student trying to find herself. Nami Kozono took an intrest in her going from flirting to attempt rape, but when she got spurrned she decides to kill a puppy who Kitami had become quite attached to and use it in a sacrifice. Nami then has a bunch of thugs horribly rape Kitami after revealing this to her. Problem is, they were instructed to leave her a virgin (meaning they could only do her ass), of course, they don't listen to this,and continued to rape her.Later when she was being uses at the ritual, it stopped working so Nami kills her members to make it work when the devil starts to appear Kitami the stabs her in the back and tramatized and desparate she takes the deal to save her life.This leaves her with powers but it comes at a price she only has a limited life.Later in life she works at the school as a nurse but knowing her fate she need to find a virgin to replace her body.

	Kurumi Imari Kurumi Imari is one of the main characters of the Bible Black series. In the series, she is Minase's best friend and the person who cares the most for him. Furthermore, she was first seen in Episode 1, in which she attempts to eat lunch with Minase, but Minase manages to flee from her in order to meet up with Shiraki. Later on, Imari seems to sense that not all is right due to Minase's lengthy absence after school in which she is waiting for Minase at home. She also seems to be completely upset, which is a hint of her romantic feelings for Minase.

	Hiroko Takashiro Hiroko Takashiro is a fictional character and protagonist in the eroge game and OVA Bible Black created by Sei Shoujyo. In the series, Hiroko is an art teacher at the school and is thought to be the sole survivor of the ritual that had taken place in the schools basement twelve years ago. While she did not take part in the ritual she had been one of the founding members of the coven named Rosecross that attempted it. Hiroko feels responsible for the events that unholded that day and will do all in her power to prevent it happening again. Hiroko was a normal high school student who was curious about magic. Along with her two best friends, Morita Rie and Shidou Saki, the trio attempt to start a Witchcraft club at their school, however the student council headed by Nami Kozono turns down the request. The trio then go about translating a mysterious book Shidou found and attempt one of the spells, casting it on Nami closest friend Mochida Junko. Shocked that the spell worked Hiroko is curious about what else can be learnt from the book. Morita reviles she has told people in the school what happened to Mochida was their doing and that they can do anything. The trio are then approached by Hiraaya Seiichi, a school boy who is obsessed with Nami, offering them money in exchange for making Nami his. At first the Black Bible’s magic proves very lucrative for the trio and their members begin to grow. One day Nami, now obsessed with pleasing Hiraaya by the spell cast on her, approaches Hiroko asking that she uses her magic in order for her to make Hiraaya want her more. Hiroko uses this to her advantage and promises that she will help only if she gets a room for the magic club practise in. Nami helps to form a secret Witchcraft club Hiroko names “Rosecross”. Hiroko realises Nami from the spell unknowingly placed on her, not fearing any readmission due to the power she now holds thanks to the black bible. Hiroko becomes even more intrigued by what else can be donewith the magic in the black bible and finds a spell that will allow her to summon a demon and make it do her biding. Upon being summoned however the demon proceeds to rape Hiroko before disappearing. While Hiroko is recovering in hospital Nami seeks to summon a more powerful demon by offering a virgin sacrifice. Hiroko protects and says that the magic is too dark and powerful for them to control but Nami and the rest of the club proceed with the ritual anyway leaving Hiroko in a lock room not knowing what fully transpired that night but the slaughtering of Rosecross.
