Shiina Mashiro was awesome but the rest of the anime wasn't that interesting to me unfortunately. It was not bad or anything like that but it wasn't special either ( except for Shiina because she was awesome ).
I don't really recommend this anime to anyone unless you mainly care about characters because there are a few interesting characters.
Sorry for bringing it so harsh btw, I just now finished the marathon watch of this anime so I'm a bit tired and I tend to be less forgiving towards anime flaws then. (view post)

It always hurts seeing a great anime end, yes I am calling this a great anime.
The first season made me laugh at moments but the second season really took it up another level, there were serious moments aswell but in almost every episode I was laughing out loud.
The light novel is still ongoing but seeing how close the second season ended to the current state of the light novel it will be quite a while before a third season comes out.
I highly recommend this anime to everyone that wants a good laugh and to people that enjoy a kinda slice of life style anime with some romance elements. (view post)

Started watching this after hearing recommendations from pretty much everyone. Okay, I see why they recommended it now. So far only saw first episode, but it's pretty awesome. I'm a bit late to watching this one, since my usual speed watching the first ep to decide what to watch ... doesn't quite work with this series. xD

The first episode shows the cast as kids living in a peaceful town.
The second episode turns that completely upside down.
And the third episode, seems roughly where the anime really begins.

I'll have to catch up some more, but I wonder what everyone thinks of this series so far?

You don't need to play a game of a studio that mass-produces the same genre to know sometimes. And I've seen Angelique for some reason. I wouldn't say it's bad without playing of course, but I'm most certain plot here is very cliche. (view post)

It's different form Hakuouki, for one it has nothing to do with the shinsengumi and it takes place sometime before the Edo period during the sekigahara battle. If you haven't played it don't assume anything. (view post)

I really enjoyed this anime! It was my first anime so it holds a special place in my heart. I just love the story line, it's very unique. The characters are so different but at the same time you love them all! I've rewatched this series many times and recommend it for young and old alike. Hmmm , maybe as a way to relax and watch something mindless then pokemon is still a viable anime.
But the real story of Ash becoming a pokemon master has been on a neverending road, everytime he gets himself a decently strong pokemon he sends it to professor oak and let's not forget that after like 13-14 years he still hasn't won the pokemon league even once.
I'm not hating on pokemon though, I loved it as a kid and I still very much enjoy the games ( because for some reason the games seem to have better stories than the actual anime xD ) (view post)

I really am not sure about this show at all. It had a 'ok' story I guess but felt so bland in the execution that I felt bored while watching it. It's a basic slice of life with a forbidden romance between a teacher and student. There really isn't much Sci-fi in it at all so if your looking for a gripping sci-fi, I think you need to find something else. (view post)
