Im looking for an anime/manga girl with very long and light-coloured hair. She wears all black and very revealing clothes that consist ONLY of straps (this is the key defining feature). I only remember seeing manga/ black and white pictures of her so I believe she hasn't been animated yet, though if im not wrong her anime was slightly mainstream. She may also have been wearing a black hat and or face mask. Sorry if it's not much to go off of, as I am unsure about much of the details, but any help is appreciated!
