	Masato Hijirikawa Voiced by: Kenichi Suzumura Student of Class A, the oldest son and heir to the Hijirikawa Group. He was raised in a strict environment, making him very serious. His way of thinking is a little old-fashioned, and he’s unable to show his real self due to his serious nature. He seems to have some form of rivalry going on with Ren, whom he shares a room with. Masato shows his soft side when Haruka is involved. Masato also begins to realize he has feelings for Haruka, and believes that he wants to chase his dreams together with her. He was the fifth boy to say to Haruka that he wants her as his partner, for the graduation audition, but by letter. His sister's name is Mai, although she is not mentioned in the anime. In the game it is revealed that he, Ranmaru and Ren were childhood friends because they were all "heirs to rich corporations". He plays the piano.

	Otoya Ittoki Voiced by: Takuma Terashima Haruka's classmate in Class A, he's a friendly and positive person who enjoys singing. He shares a room with Tokiya from Class S, who is now in Class A. In the anime, he stands up for Haruka when she was barred from taking the entrance exam due to being late. He is always straightforward and honest. Despite his age, he is seen acting like a child. He cares for Haruka and is the first out of the 6 guys to realize his feelings for her, and believes that he will reach his goal with her at his side. Otoya was also the first boy to say to Haruka that he wants her as his partner, for the graduation audition. In the game, he is afraid of heights. In the game, he discovered that Saotome knows his mother,Kotomi, who died in a plane crash 15 years ago. In the game, Uta no Prince-sama debut, he reveals that he now knows that Saotome is his father. He plays the guitar.

	Haruka Nanami Voiced by: Miyuki Sawashiro The main character of the series who wishes to compose a song for her idol, Hayato, to sing someday, so Haruka enrolls into Saotome Academy. Prior to her enrollment, Haruka has no experience in reading sheet music despite being able to play the piano (it was taught to her by her grandmother). As the story progresses, she shows that she has talent in composing songs. Because of her caring personality, she has the ability to move people's hearts, which also made her attract six boys, it became seven later in the story. Haruka was a sickly child and moved in with her grandmother in the country while she was young because the city made her "dizzy". One day when she was in the city, she was saved by Hayato's singing voice, which then made Haruka one of Hayato's fans. Toward the graduation audition Haruka was picked by six boys to be their partner, and she couldn't choose one because of how much they helped her, so she decided to make a group song for six people.
