| Dr. Shamal (Dr. シャマル, Dr. Shamaru?) is a crazed womanizer who hits on every cute woman he sees. Though often unsuccessful, he is always seen hitting on one woman and then instantly moving on to flirt with the next woman that passes by him. He is said to be hiding in Japan after flirting with a queen, charging him for putting the moves on 2082 women simultaneously. Putting aside his normal attitude, Shamal happens to be a notorious assassin called "Trident Shamal" and is also a renowned doctor who refuses to treat men. Reborn claims Dr. Shamal had a hand in handling his (Reborn's) birth. Later in a flashback, Reborn states that Shamal "erased" Reborn's old self after he had accepted his new Arcobaleno body. He uses Trident Mosquitoes, one of which is named Angela, to infect his targets with deadly illnesses. His assassination skill is so great that he was once asked to join the Varia. Also, since he naturally contracts viruses and diseases easily, he carries 666 pills that contain Mosquitoes infected with deadly diseases. He claims to be infected with 666 diseases, but is not dead because all his diseases negate each other. An example would be if he had a disease that rapidly decreases body temperature, then he has another one that increases it. Shamal also happens to be the one that introduced Gokudera to Bombs when he used to work for Gokudera's old Mafia Famiglia. Gokudera initially wanted to learn how to use the Trident Mosquito, but Shamal taught him how to use mid-ranged Weapons instead. |

| Fuuta de la Stella (lit. Fuuta of the Stars) is a young boy who ranks people by their abilities in a book half his own height that somehow fits inside his jacket pocket. He has an extremely wide range of knowledge on thousands of people and is considered to be an invaluable informant for the mafia, sometimes being paid insane amounts of money for a copy of certain rankings. When he starts ranking people, gravity around him becomes distorted, making objects around him float and images of stars and galaxies appear in his eyes. It is unknown how he actually gathers his information (some say he communicates with the Ranking Planet in the galaxy), but if he does not instantly write it down, he claims to forget about it. Rain weakens Fuuta, however, resulting in his rankings being somewhat incorrect and random when it rains. He also has to be looking at the person to determine their rankings. Still, when done right, his rankings are said to be 100% accurate and if a person gets hold of his book, they will have the world at their mercy. He calls Tsuna his big brother and has ranked him last on every aspect of combat, but was overjoyed to see that his rankings on him were wrong, not realizing Tsuna was in Dying Will Mode. Fuuta's book is the reason why he is constantly being chased by the mafia, so Tsuna allows Fuuta to live in his house. |

| Haru Miura is the girl who likes Tsuna, and attends Midori Middle School, one of the toughest elite schools to get into in the area. She initially adored Reborn, but after she was saved by Tsuna, she diverted her adoration towards him instead. She loves children and is usually the one to babysit Lambo and I-Pin. According to Tsuna and Gokudera, Future Haru has become more feminine, but her way of thinking is still the same. After Reborn told Haru of the devastation in the Future, hiding from her details about the Mafia, Haru seems to lose her calm and cries, begging to be taken back home, leading Kyoko to comfort her. During the Future Arc, Tsuna yells at her and says that she doesn't know anything. Holding back her tears, Haru states that she is always there to listen but that Tsuna has never tried to explain anything. Though she leaves the room crying, they later reconcile after Tsuna apologizes. |

| Hayato Gokudera (獄寺 隼人, Gokudera Hayato). Gokudera was born in Italy and is 3/4 Italian and 1/4 Japanese (His mother was half Japanese). His Future dream is to become Tsuna's right-hand man. [1] Despite his image of a rebel, Hayato excels in his schoolwork and aces all his tests. Gokudera also bases a lot of his thinking and academic prowess on mathematical theories that he develops. This is probably due to his rich upbringing, suggesting that he probably had a multitude of private tutors when he was young. He idolizes Tsuna greatly and considers himself to be Tsuna's right-hand man. | |

| I-Pin is an assassin from Hong Kong. Even though the 5-year-old I-Pin cannot speak Japanese well, the 15-year-old "Adult I-Pin" eventually enters a Japanese college, and despite the fact that she is the 3rd Most Promising Young Assassin (Fuuta ranked her as being the third out of 52,262 people for being a Promising Assassin), she works part-time at a Ramen restaurant in the future, though she still retains her skills. Kawahira is a frequent customer of the Ramen Shop that the 15-year-old I-Pin works for; however, it seems that every time I-Pin goes to deliver the ramen, she is transported into the past by the Ten-Year Bazooka, and the noodles become soggy. When she is first seen, it is believed that she is a boy due to her unfeminine apperance. She would often beat up Lambo because she sees him as a "Broccoli Monster" due to her near-sightedness. She has a crush on Kyoya Hibari, who looks like her master Fon, and every time she sees him, she gets shy and activates the Pinzu-Timed Super Explosion. | |

| Iemitsu Sawada (沢田 家光, Iemitsu Sawada) is the father of 10th Generation Vongola Boss Tsunayoshi Sawada. He is also the leader of the CEDEF, Basil's master, and the External Advisor to the IX Generation's Vongola Boss, Timoteo. Iemitsu, unlike the rest of his family, possesses blond hair and a muscular build. He is a very happy-go-lucky guy and loves to drink and sleep (he always dreams of his wife, Nana). When he left home, he wanted Nana to tell Tsuna that he'd gone away and "become a star," a euphemism for dying. His cover story was that he was working traffic at construction sites, but he was really away on Vongola business. His weapon appears to be a pickaxe, and he is seen being able to dig large holes in extremely short amounts of time (as he did to save Gokudera from accidentally fatally blowing himself up.) It revealed that he's the one who offered Mukuro to become Tsuna's Mist Guardian in exchange for Ken and Chikusa's safety. Since Dying Will Flames seem to run in families and Iemitsu is related both to the first Vongola Boss (great grandson) and Tsuna, it is highly likely that Iemitsu has a Sky Flame. While he may have the qualifications to be the next Vongola Boss, Iemitsu joined the CEDEF, which is both part of, and yet separate from, the main family, and therefore makes him ineligible to be a candidate for the position of Boss of the Vongola. According to Timoteo, the Vongola Nono, he was called the "Young Lion of Vongola." |

| Ken Joshima is a confident and trusted member of Mukuro Rokudo's gang. He also has a large scar going from one cheek across the top of his nose and to the other cheek. Ken seems to utilize his Channels by inputing sets of animal teeth cartridges over his own which modify his physiology to reflect that of the animal he is using. When doing this, the face of the animal will appear on his cheek. He is almost always seen wearing a green Kokuyo Middle uniform. | |

| Chikusa Kakimoto is referred to as Kakipi by Ken and M.M. and seems to have a thing with showers. He wears a green Kokuyo Middle uniform, glasses, and a white beanie with a barcode on his left cheek. But, that belies his real talent as a professional assassin, using his deadly "Hedgehog" yo-yo's to spray his opponents with poisoned needles. He is also able to expertly control where he throws his Weapons to accurately shower his opponent with them. |
