| Kim Diehl (キム・ディール, Kimu Dīru) is a lamp meister and partner to Jacqueline. She is the object of Ox's affections, but she constantly turns him down, chiefly due to the fact that he's not rich and also because of his eccentric hairstyle. Because of her past experiences, she has come to depend on money, as it does not discriminate between its handlers. Consequently, when she is performing some sort of service for free, she would end up remarking that she should be getting paid. Kim also seems to be rather self-conscious, as she fled from Shibusen when she was revealed to be a witch, believing she would be spurned by her friends, despite not hearing what they had to say in the matter. As seen in the special chapter of Soul Eater, Kim is not above taking advantage of other people; this is seen when she orders Hiro to buy her food. |

| Jacqueline O. Lantern Dupré (ジャクリーン・オー・ランタン・デュプレ, Jakuriin Ō Rantan Dupure), the Demon Lamp, is Kim's partner. Jacqueline is fully aware that Kim is a witch and joined Arachnophobia along side her, and was likewise brainwashed using the Morality Manipulation Machine. Not much has been revealed about Jackie's personality aside from the fact that she is very caring, at least towards her partner. Jacqueline is fully aware that Kim is a witch and even joins Kim during the Witch meetings. She also ran away with Kim to join Arachnophobia along side her. It is seen during their short skirmish with Ox and Harvar that she likely stayed with Kim due to feeling remorse for Kim's situation. It was during this same moment that it is revealed that she seems to be somewhat quick to anger as she attacked Ox and called Kim a traitor immediately after Kim came to her senses. Despite her caring side, Jacqueline, like Kim, is not above taking advantage of the generosity of others; this is seen in the special chapter of Soul Eater when she and Kim order Hiro to buy them food. |

| Basil is a member of CEDEF and works under Tsuna's dad, Iemitsu. Basil is an extremely skilled fighter and is very loyal to Iemitsu and his son, Tsuna. Because of his loyalty, Iemitsu trusts him enough to send him off to extremely difficult missions. He is introduced in the early Varia Arc and turns into a reoccurring character, frequently showing up throughout the series. Basil has dirty blond hair and is of Italian descent. It seems that he learned Japanese from a very old source because he speaks with outdated terms, equivalents of "Thou," "Thee," and "Thy" in English. He carries around some type of Triangular blade which could be named a Katar of some sort; he uses to battle with. Basil is the first person in the series, other than Tsuna, to go into Hyper Dying Will Mode. Iemitsu, his master gave him the Dying Will Pills that Basil uses to go into Dying Will Mode and later were given to Tsuna as a gift after the Varia Arc, before going back to Italy with Lanchia. His Blade and Tsuna's X-Gloves may have originated from the same material, seeing as Basil is able to utilize his Rain Flame to light it. He made a big difference when helping Tsuna train before Tsuna's fight with Xanxus. Toward the end it would seem that Basil and Tsuna created a strong bond between them. | |

| Belphegor (ベルフェゴール, Berufegōru), is an assassin working for the Vongola's independent assassination squad, the Varia. He is known as "Prince the Ripper" (Purinzu za Rippa). Once a prince of an unknown country at age eight, he stabbed his identical twin brother, Rasiel, presumably to death. It was later revealed during the Future Arc that this was not the case. Bel has a crescent-shaped birthmark on the right side of his stomach which mirrors Rasiel's. He is known as a battle genius, but his abilities only truly present themselves when he sees his own "royal" blood, which reminds him of the time he stabbed his brother. His eyes are never shown, but in Volume 24, Lussuria says that his eyes are both cool and loyal in his interview. | |

She is in love with Reborn, who was a former associate of hers, and wants to kill Tsuna to free up Reborn's schedule; though, she refuses to kill him for the benefit of others. | |

| Byakuran (白蘭, Byakuran) is the former Boss of the Gesso Famiglia, and the former incumbent Leader of the Millefiore Famiglia due to the fact that he's dead. His aim was to obtain the "Ultimate Power" (Tri-ni-set), by gathering the Vongola Rings, Mare Rings, and Arcobaleno Pacifiers together in one place; he has a portrait that has a slot for each item. To achieve his goals, Byakuran has ordered the complete extermination of the Vongola Family, even targeting their friends and allies. He also had a special radiation released into the atmosphere in order to kill all Arcobaleno members. Before the appearances of young Tsuna and his friends in the Future, Byakuran had been researching them, as well as time travel, in order to get a hold of the Vongola Rings, which had been destroyed in his time. Though he used to possess the Sky Mare Ring, he has purposefully hidden his true abilities, and maintains a carefree attitude, even during his fight with Mukuro Rokudo, whom he critically injured. Despite his ruthlessness toward his enemies, he has a cheerful disposition when around his subordinates, especially toward Shoichi Irie; however, this is only if they hold his interest. Once he "gets bored" of someone, he won't hesitate to have them killed. According to Shoichi, Byakuran's power can only be used during certain circumstances and that their era's unique events is what created his power. He has the ability to communicate with every other Byakuran that is in a different parallel universe giving him the knowledge and experience he gained from countless worlds, which is similar to how Mukuro has the collective experience from living in each of the six realms of existence, he has the collective experience of living in every parallel universe in which he lives in. | |

| Chrome Dokuro (クローム 髑髏, Kurōmu Dokuro) is a 13-year-old girl wearing a Kokuyo school uniform and was first introduced as Tsuna's mystery Mist Guardian. She is a nice, innocent girl but can be very shy at times. She never opens up to anyone except Mukuro because she had a completely antisocial life before she met Mukuro. She gets confused when someone is kind to her since she had never imagined that her existence could be accepted by people. Chrome is almost never seen as angry or holding any grudges against people, even when she gets hurt. Because of her nature, some people can't be honest with her or think of her as pitiful. She tends to lean on Mukuro for help; however, in the Future, she becomes determined to get stronger to help the people who are dear to her. She seems to like skulls since her boots, belt, eyepatch, and even her wallet has a skull picture on it. | |

| Colonnello is one of the seven Arcobaleno and the holder of the Rain Pacifier. He has blonde, spiky hair and wears green army camouflage. Colonnello has a tendency to add "-kora!," or "hey!," to the end of his sentences. He wears black army boots and a camouflage bandana around his head. He is in charge of the training ground behind Mafia Land and was a former member of the COMSUBIN, and, because of that, he is not averse to using heavy artillery, using an anti-tank rifle as his primary Weapon. He has mastered the martial arts of karate and SAMBO. Falco, the bird on top of Colonnello's head, helps him fly to distant places. Colonnello acts as a rival towards Reborn and vice-versa, but despite this, he shares many traits with Reborn, like being a merciless tutor, suddenly taking naps (while talking a lot of the time), and having a sharp tongue. | |

| Dino (ディーノ, Dīno?) is voiced by Kenta Kamakiri and Kenn (episode 34 onwards). He is the 22-year-old 10th Boss of the Cavallone Famiglia(キャバッロネファミリー, Kyabarrone Famirī?), which is the number three Family in its Mafia alliance with the Vongola Family and is one of the largest families with 5,000 members. Dino is a young man with great leadership skills, along with great combat skills. His main Weapons are a bullwhip and his pet turtle, Enzo. Like Tsuna, Dino, at first did not want anything to do with the Mafia and was also a klutz. He became a suitable Mafia Boss after Reborn became his home tutor. He came to be known as "Bucking-Horse Dino" (跳ね馬ディーノ, Haneuma Dīno? or "Bronco Dino" in Viz's translation) and fixed the Chiavorone's financial problems, turning them into the third most influential Family. Unfortunately, Dino is so devoted to his Family that when none of his Family Members are around, his skills decrease dramatically, and he will often accidentally hit people with his Whip and fall down the stairs. |
