She is a trained nurse after all but couldn't go to the human nurse school because of finaces (I believe her mother had died when she was young too) so she went chansey (nurse pokemon. the one with Nurse Joy) nursing school and all of them loved her. I liked both series, but Akuto Sai isn't really a true Demon Lord. Yes he has incredible magical power, and a Dragon ... but that's about it compared to Sadao Maou who has his own country in another world, armies, servants and a history of ruling.

I'll give my vote to Sadao.
