I'd definitely say Railgun. Railgun actually had more of a plot and a pretty resolute ending as well with pretty nice pacing as well. (Time invested into first arc, a brief one episode break to relieve tension from the end of the first arc, and then starting the second arc also using aspects introduced in the first arc). Index, however, literally just tossed you smack dab into the life of Kamijou Touma and just followed the general pattern of:

Girl is in some sort of danger or peril --> Touma fights for and saves girl --> Girl falls in love with Touma --> Rinse and repeat

Although the pattern is broken by the start of the Angel Fall arc, it's still the same pattern for 3 arcs straight. On top of that, the Vampire arc was pretty much pointless and was really only there to introduce Himegami who ultimately turns into a very minor and ignored character. Izzard completely disappears from the series after that and nothing of use came out of that arc that was used for reference later on. (But, that's just my take on it) (view post)

Japanese eroge, also known as H-games or hentai games, have their origins in the early 1980s etc etc.

this one is no fair, in the current state of the anime I would say Kosaki for sure. ( hard to call her onodera since she has a little sister that gets quite a big roll in the story )
Chitoge however in the manga becomes better and better, from an annoying violent person she slowly turns into a cute tsundere.
Kosaki is always very pure and lovely though and I honestly don't see any flaws in Kosaki other than that she doesn't make clear to the protag how she feels about him...but that would finish she show I guess haha

Ok I am voting for Chitoge I think but that is because even though Kosaki is basically perfect, Chitoge just brings more funny scenes with Raku.

I find it it frustrating when people analyze the characters cause half the time they don't know what they are talking about. I also know that not everyone on the planet knows who these characters are even though they are well known which is why I asked the question the way I did.
