That's a weird question. And a hard choice too. Chika was the best character in of Kyouran Kazoku and had the most common sense though, so she's a safer choice. As for Chiaki, I bet she'll make whoever she gets control of to take her to some cafe and pay for her. None of them are that kind of characters though.
